Dr. Stephen O’Brien first earned his degree as Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at Dalhousie University, in 1977; prior to this he received a Bachelor degree in Science (BSc) at Saint-Mary’s University in 1973. Upon graduation, he took a position at the New Brunswick department of health and in 1979 opened his own private clinic in Moncton.

At home, Dr. O’Brien is passionate about traveling with his wife Wendy, spending time with his family and dogs.

Dr. O’Brien believes that continual learning is essential to dentistry, and in 1992 he went to San Antonio, Texas to complete a fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). The following year, he fulfilled a fellowship with the Academy of Dentistry International (ADI). Dr. O’Brien received the Atlantic Canada Dentist of the Year award in 1995, and was presented the Award of Excellence by Millennium Aesthetics in 1999.

He is a member of the New Brunswick Dental Society, the Canadian Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Victor Quartey first earned his degree as Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDS) from Dalhousie University; prior to this he earned his undergraduate education at Mount Allison University.

Dr. Quartey is passionate about oral surgery and dental implants. He stays current with the latest advancements in dentistry by attending dental seminars and continuing education courses in Canada and around the world. In his spare time, Dr. Quartey loves to spend time at home with the family and loves to travel.

Dr. Quartey strives to deliver service above and beyond expectations. He always looks for new techniques to improve the patient experience.

Dr. Quartey is a member of the New Brunswick Dental Association and the Canadian Dental Association.
