HIT!! Dr. Quartey and Laura at Moncton Smiles. I have severe anxiety about dentists, only dentists. It’s horrible. These two amazing professionals helped me through an intense process and had the patience of saints. They were reassuring and understanding, non-judgemental and very kind. They have made the experience far less stressful than I had anticipated going in. I was still shaking like crazy but I did not opt for the gas and I didn’t feel the urge to bolt out of the door. You made sure I felt as comfortable as possible and talked me through it, every step of the way. Thank you Dr. Quartey and Laura for your professionalism and kindness. For me dentist= phobia, since I was 7yrs old... I happen to hear about a one day free dental clinic in Buctouche from a physician who was treating me for an abscess tooth. After finishing my antibiotics, couple of days later, went to that clinic w/friend. 2pm, surgeon came in, 3pm I was done. He did two before me, I watched them calmly leave. I went in and he very professionally said: "just a little pic", and that's all it was. He pulled out two as he laughed while carrying on a conversation with his assistant. It was over in a matter of minutes! Best experience I've ever had with a "dentist", I'll definitely go back again!!✨😅read more

I have a phobia when it comes to dentists. I needed a filling , I tried going to my original dentist a mth ago, and he scared me because he put the max amount of freezing on my gums and I could still feel what he was doing , so I booked an appt with Dr Quartey. I was extremely nervous , I took the pill before hand to calm my nerves , and Dr Quartey was so amazing ! Kept telling me how well I was doing , explained step by step what they were doing , and just made me feel so comfortable ! I am no longer scared to get fillings ! Thank you so much Dr Quartey, I will highly recommend you from now on 🙂read more

Best dental experience ever. I just received a complete set of dentures which involved many visits. All staff made me feel 100% comfortable. I had the pleasure of working with both Doctor O'Brien and Dr. Quartey. Both were exceptional! Their method of explaining everything in a thorough and easy to understand method was top notch. The final results are amazing. I have received many compliments and quickly recommend Moncton Smiles. My hats off to everyone in the office.
